Updates for Sunday 5/23
UCONN Summer learning program will start Monday June 21st till mid August
Remote meetings Monday and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm

Teams of 2 to 3 students will work together
Goal is learn the google cloud platform and understand how to become a
full stack developer
Teams with ideas can work on them and we will provide assistance
Stamford high Skyla Miranda Reyes came up with the idea of translating
regular US mail is a great example.
How can we do this?
One way would be to
Take a photo with your phone
Send it to Google vision API for Optical Character Recognition
Use Google translate API
Send it back in your desired language

We will be working on a bi-directional translation app but I may just
break up the concepts into smaller more manageable code chunks for
learning purposes,
